I have nothing but praise say about the staff. They've always been respectful, quick with that good morning and have a good day I recommend this facility to anyone who's considering donating. Even on the busiest day I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. My only complaint is about the pay scale. it's hard to follow how much you're going to get each day. I know the plasma is going to a good cause but the reality is times are tough now with covid and like myself and others we donate because we're in dire need of cash. And when you are compensated with 75 a couple of times then one day you come in and you given 30. It could be difficult for someone who is pinching pennies to pay bills. At the very least I think that should have a clear week by week month I must description of the pay scale. My last two donations at the beginning of a new month was 30 each time if it's 30 again it will be my last visit. but again as far as the staff and the building I have nothing but praise.

All the staff there are pretty kind, I must say all the ladies from New York are awesome especially my taurus friends born May 2. Kevin ,Kayla and Heather are just awesome! The Asian lady to. I have really small veins so I'm always taking care by professional. They really take their time to help out by telling me to drink more water and giving great feedback . I will continue to recommended people , I will be back thank you guys for your service..
I give them a 5 star. The front staff are extremely well informed and can provide any answers you may need. The first person I saw to donate was amazing. She attentive, considerate, informative, and she made sure I was comfortable. I'm not lowering my star rating because of my second visit. It was a terrible experience and has given me a bit of anxiety about going back (I already have anxiety about giving blood/plasma). I do believe it's all about the person assisting you, and maybe the second girl was just having a hard day. Again my first visit was the best experience you could have when donating, I really wish I got her name.
Staff was professional kind and helpful. I had a great experience being a first time donor, from the time I filled out papers, had a short physical and answered questions to the time I donated I was finished within an 1hr. forty-five minutes.. it takes a little bit longer the first time you donate. Any other time your probably gonna finish with your donation in about 40 minutes!!! I will return in the near future
My 3rd time here. Very warm and friendly staff always engaging in conversion. Each experience has been great so far. I will be going back as often as I can.
