Came in for my scheduled tour November 6th. Got my CAPS form filled out by Melia . She gave me a projectory start date for my son for December 1st. Then I called today November 19th to turn in my finalized paperwork.The not so nice director had no idea who I was or my child, and told me there were no slots in the one-year-old room. When I called back to speak directly to Melia she explained that 4 teachers had quit unexpectedly which was “not in her control.” ...Well what’s in their control was COMMUNICATION. My child was scheduled to start in less than two week you as the professional should have communicated that he can no longer come. Now I have to find a new care, have them fill out a new form and wait all over again. Very unprofessional.

So happy we found such a great daycare for our 7 mo old! Everyone is so friendly, building has great security, and they have a wonderful app where they update you on all their activities and send pictures. I finally feel like my child is in great care.
This is the worst daycare I have ever had. It smells and My son only comes to school for transportation and every morning they leave my mother and son outside for 30 seconds at 6:29. One time my mom clocked him in at 6:30 and they EXCORTED my son outside. My mother drove off pissed and said its 6:30 I have to go to work. I was on the phone. I cannot understand why this place is so petty. My son also is not monitored in the afternoon for his homework they claim to be a great homework program. I cannot wait until I move him to another daycare. This is ridiculous. There is only one lady in there that ever looks like she is working and doing everything. Shes elderly with white hair and its ridiculous to watch everyone else in there see her doing so much and not helping.
My son has attended this school for almost 2 years now and he loves it. We have great communication with the teachers and directors.
Can't wait till my kid starts here for pre k she's so excited so far the communication is great
