the staff was very helpful and informative. It was of the few times that my questions were answered. My concerns weren't immediately dismissed as having to do with my weight. They made me feel validated and safe.

Takes forever to be seen, even with an appointment. Maybe if more people donated they'd be able to staff better. At least the pricing is great.

The staff is awesome and the pricing for someone uninsured & low income is AMAZING. Only thing is they are understaffed, so you'll probably be there forever (3-4 hrs). Still would recommend

Wait times could be better regarding the fact that sometimes literally only two patients are in the waiting room but still have to wait even if you're just getting medication. But good facility overall. Affordable care and medication. Will definitely return!

This place is the opposite of a safe and secure place for people who are in need of security and help. The customer service is terrible they are people who are supposed to help and provide quality service instead when you arrive to this building you find people who seem irritability frustrated unwilling to provide the service that we desperately need. I’m uneducated and expected to go in their to get answers help and guidance instead I got theee front lady workers who were agitated and irritated that I was even trying to have a conversation. So in the end I recommend that anyone who needs help, guidance, or a place for answers and safety steer far far far far far far far away from this “Planned parenthood”!!!!!!!!!
