Worst bank. And I haven't even had them for long. Try to get hold of a person to talk to over phone is a near impossibility. They but you thru countless of menus just to make you give up. The second thing is that they say they take one business day to deposit a check. But my check was out on hold for 10 days. And the check is already verified. And from a big bank... Unacceptable. I'm changing bank...

Set up account. several times I told them the info was wrong that they were trying to auto populate from who knows where. They still used wrong info. When I go in I am told it will take an hour. I can set an appointment or call. I call and it takes 30min to talk to someone that tells me I have to go into the branch. Awful experience. but yet they still call me to set up investment accounts. FAT CHANCE

The bank is nice but the employees are not on point. Worst boa service I've experience. They are good at saying all the wrong things. When I saw the low rating and read a few post I was like people are so harsh. Now, that I've gone to this location I understand why this location had a low rating...

There are never enough tellers and the ones that they have are ridiculously slow. They are also not friendly. I've also noticed that there are always employees slowly milling around, but they never want open another window, no matter hiw busy. Rarely have are seen more than one window open. The worst!

Now I know why they only have 2. Stars. Try to force u to open an account and charge an outrageous fee of 8 to cash a check. Try a different bank everyone. Update.....they are awful. Poor customer service. The mgr wears jeans . The teller is just rude and arrogant.
