I have never had any banking issues until I started using this branch. Every time I go, there is a line, they have also started not accepting checks written to our business with our business name that have been accepted for over 5 years at all other locations. This branch makes banking difficult.

Tried to open an additional checking account as an existing (now-ex-customer). Apparently, all the “bankers” were too busy to help and I was told to come back another day. Additionally I was told it would take 45 minutes... Bank of America got the whole thing done in 3 minutes. Way to treat long term customers Chase...

JP Morgan Chase is the largest funder of fossil fuels. Since the Paris Agreement, Chase has funded 196 billion to the fossil fuel industry. We are living in a Climate and Ecological Emergency, and we urgently need to divest from fossil fuels, not create new fossil fuel projects. We need to #StopTheMoneyPipeline. It's Chase customers who are paying for this, and Chase customers who can stop it.

I recently opened a checking account 12 days ago and today received a letter detailing that my account will be closed. I called to verify if the information was correct. The bank stated that they decided to end their banking relationship with me and they did not provide me a reason as to why they were closing my bank account. The lesson I learned is that I should have listened to my friend who claimed Chase is a terrible bank and I shouldn't open an account with them. For anyone planning on opening a bank account with Chase, I advise you to go to a different banking company. There you will be provided full explanations and better service.
