FedEx has been very reliable for my purposes but the woman working on 10/29 at the desk closest to the managers name plaque was not trustworthy. Not only was my package not delivered on 10/28 by 8pm as promised but she also was phishing for too much personal information from me. My package had gift cards for my customers. Not only was I already concerned about her holding on to the gift cards but now I also have to worry about her possibly trying to steal my identity. I hope they send her for more training or she at least shows some initiative to learn about her customers before she treats them that way.

This is their main distribution center, and they can answer all your FedEx questions. I had a package delivered to my home, addressed to someone I didn’t know. I went to a different FedEx and the package kept getting returned to my house. Then, I went here, and they were able to figure out the mystery behind the package, and made me feel better to return the package to its rightful owner. For any purchases you must bring a government issued ID to complete the transaction. It’s a new rule in place, so just don’t leave your ID in the car or at home. They have all the packing supplies you need to send off a package. Plenty of space out front for parking. The space is clean, if no one is there when you walk in, just wait and you’ll be helped.
Very slow service. During the high traffic hours only 1teller to assist, non high traffic hours 2 tellers. Non recommended
The staff was fast and friendly, with clearly designated social distancing spots for Covid. Parking is convenient and readily available. Package shipped quickly and as expected.
It's been years since I used FedEx for shipping. I usually ship via USPS, but wanted to ensure my packages got to their destinations promptly. I received excellent service at the counter and greatly appreciate the time spent with me to ensure that I send my packages in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Kudos to FedEx employees at this location!
