Super slow, always lines, they close door as soon as they can. 10am to 5pm is not a schedule i can usually make on the week days. Please, get a bigger USPS office for area and work till 6pm like everywhere else!!

Worst experience ever! Second package they’ve lost and they don’t want to take any responsibility whatsoever for it. The rep James provided The worst customer service ever! Didn’t want to do anything to de-escalate the situation. Instead he told me to go down to Venice and talk to the manager down there.

Listen: the reviews here are bad. But I don’t blame the staff. I blame the customers!!! I didn’t feel like self serve today, so I waited in line. 6 people ahead of me. 2 of 3 people at the counter wanted to debate the staff about USPS mailing requirements, holding up the line. One customer is shipping international, and when staff asked the customer questions, the customer wasn’t listening and the staff had to repeat. Staff said “i’m asking you a question, but you’re not listening”. Customer said “I have a lot going on. I’m busy man.” Now, I could see that customer giving a 1-star review because he was spoken to so directly, but I feel like when you are being served, you have a responsibility to be focused and pay attention. The next round of people to get help didn’t have their packages property labeled or addressed at all, meaning half way through their service experience, they had to leave the line to go get it together. Long story short: the customers caused long wait times. The staff are doing the best they can. I found their disposition and demeanor good considering the idiocy they had to deal with.

Staying true to the USPS business model this place is riddled with rude, impatient, and unhelpful associates. Limit your communication with them as much as you can and get out as quickly as possible!

Rented here because it was 24/7 access, unfortunate they only open 10-5, I can only come Saturdays, even then mail is not open past 3, too bad I work 2 jobs.
