Used them so far 3 times in the past year and a half and had one minor billing error. It got fixed/ adjusted in a timely manner. How well a company handles its mistakes are a reflection of customer service. Theirs was good!

I was given a car that had service maintenance light that said to see dealer soon, tire light was on and during my rental The tire went to being almost flat, good thing I wasn't driving it at the time, and the low washer fluid light was on and there wasn't a drop of washer fluid in car, called Green bay office and left a message and No one Returned My Call, had to call back to extend rental and went back to Quality Inn and rented a Different vehicle, I called and told them I would be coming the next day and I was told to come in the morning because there plow guy wasnt there yet , so I arrived around 12:30, We got ALOT of snow and there vehicles WHERE NOT CLEANED OFF, so I asked for a shovel, there where HUGE ICE BOULDERS behind the vehicle and I was watched shovel them away from behind the vehicle by the gal behind the desk and I need to state that I had the rental vehicle because I was just in a vehicle accident and my journey was totalled and I was in SEVERE PAIN and then I had to clean the Heavy Wet Snow off the rental I was going to be getting, it took Me about 20 minutes and 2 girls came out to clean some other cars including the one I just brought back, so now I was late for a appt and I was in MORE PAIN THEN WHEN I GOT THERE, I SHOULD OF NOT HAD TO CLEAN OFF THE VEHICLE I WAS GOING TO RENT, Also I got a call about the rental and I told the gal what happened and I wanted to talk to HR and guess what I never got a call back from HR, this is Horrible Customer Service Not a Happy Camper with Your Rental Service, I would like Compensation back for this Horrible experience
