Best gym period in the tri cities hands down been a member from the very beginning will never leave it has the best of modern and old school equipment its a gym for EVERYONE bodybuilders powerlifters weekend warriors whatever. YOU ARE WELCOME it truly is a judgment free zone no gimmick no tricks come check it out and if your unsure speak with Jason seen people come in wernt sure if they wanted to join he let them lift for free to get a feel for gym and they were hooked....and its local.

I love this gym! I've been an active member since 2017 and everyone here is very supportive of each other and very friendly. They have an awesome childcare service that we use for our girls, and they love it! The owners are wonderful too!
