I have tried this many times. When her brother ran it it was good. Now sister has it. Last 4 times i went there within a week of bringing my cheese home it became moldy. Disgusting! Im a Wisconsin person and know my cheese. She actually ttold me when i was purchasing cheese curds that i should come back next week then fresh ones \might\ come in. When i have to throw cheese out and live in Americas dairyland. It's gotta be Nasty. Never again. And VERY HIGH PRICED IN COMPARISON TO FRESH CHEESE!

Love that it's still the small owned cheese house.. Very fair prices, small selection during these Covid times but had my hard to find cheeses. We always stop here when we come through town
Store is very heavy on top end cheddar cheeses. I understand from the well-seasoned owner mail order is a big deal also.
What a great place to stop! Carol was great to talk too. She is so knowledgeable about cheese and had many fantastic stories. The aged cheese rocked!
An authentic Italian Wisconsin cheese epicenter anybody who likes cheese Hass to stop at this place. Make sure you sample the cheese curds and get to understand how this place came to be it has roots in Italy and also northern Wisconsin there are amazing stories to be heard
