I had the most phenomenal experience at McClains on my way from MI to Green Bay, WI. They were empathetic with my situation and the owner dropped everything to tend to my vehicle. The place had a revolving door of regular, happy customers during my time in the waiting room and all the while I had a great time getting to know the front office staff. Thank you for a memorable and positive experience. It was the best outcome in a not so great situation. Thank you, and let's go Packers!

Great work, Great value, Great People, and Honest. Always friendly and helpful. They are always booked far in advance because they are worth going too and still manage to fit you in if your car can't wait. Been going here for years and plan on going while they are in business.
I can't say enough good things about McClain Auto Repair's owners and staff. They are professional yet friendly and informative. I am disabled and my legs swell when they aren't elevated and they really went out of their way for me to give me a ride home and pick me up seeing as it would take a long time for the extensive repairs to my car. They were really diligent to figure out exactly what was wrong with it and it wasn't easy. In fact, they were recommended by my first mechanic because he was stumped on what the problem was. They kept me informed as they worked on it to figure it out which I appreciated. They explained things to me as well without \talking down\ to me which is so nice!!!!! I have a special needs son and have to transport him 10 miles back and forth to school every day so need a reliable car. Thanks to McClain and the AWESOME staff I feel like I have one again! Thank you! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!
