For LBC Management of LBC San Carlos Mariveles, Bataan. I would like to express my disappointment regarding your service specially your unkind approached towards your Customer ( specially to Senior Citizens) Please teach your staff what is the importance of \Customer Service\ because this is their main job in their daily work and let them know that without their Costumer they don't have their job to feed and support their family. *June 26, 2019 when my Mom visited their Branch to pickup some package, because the address that was written in the reciept is Mariveles Branch. Unfortunately, One staff said, to my Mom ( Hindi dito yan kukunin sa Balanga yan kailangan kunin \In sarcastic voice ang high tone\) Why she needs to talked to my Mom that way and why she cannot said it in a nice way considering she's talking to a Senior Citizen? Instead of helping my Mom and guide her what she needs to do,She said(bahala po kayo kung gusto nyong kunin or hindi).My Mom is already a Senior Citizen, the way she approached my Mom is totally not acceptable, she's lucky that my Mom did not took her name. Please for the success of your business teach your staff or give them a proper training on how to handle their customer in a proper way and with proper manner. Because at the end they are the one who represent your company....

Very poor service, until now my package is missing.
Delivery personnel says they went to our house and the delivery failed because of payment issues, but they were lying. They have not even attempted to deliver our package. Apparently they are too lazy to do that, and blame the customer for something the delivery personnel failed to do. They make it look like its our fault, when the fault is with LBC itself.
Poor service nag call ako nakausap ko now lang staff lbc. i dont know what name ni girl na naka duty now 4:50 pm ako tumawag.masungit wala sa ayus sumagot. hwag nalang magwork pag ganyan . pilosopo pa kung sumagot hindi kasi malinaw sinasabi nya nagsungit pa nung inulit ko
