We would like to extend our appreciation to Realtor (Mark Barth). In this time when homes are moving within hours after being listed Mark would make himself available at a moment’s notice. His professionalism was very evident as he would zero in on our particular desires in the type of home we were looking for, as well as our location preferences. On two occasions Mark (Barth) was able to arrange late evening showings for us, at our request, in a moments notice. One of them being just over an hour drive from his residence. And the other being the home that we closed on today. Mark was prompt and thorough when responding to all of our questions or concerns.
