I stopped by the Mark Olguin State Farm office during the lunch hour, with no appointment. Immediately Mark took me to his office and introduced me to everyone en route (impressive)! I am highly pleased as I was able to have a direct conversation with the agent himself; on the contrary I’ve never met the former agent and always had to deal with his office staff who did not pay attention to detail.
