Just bought a new Kia Seltos at Mark Kia from Nate and the entire experience was wonderful. Nate was the best and most friendly car salesman that I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was enthusiastic and shared in my excitement about the new car. Not only did he know everything about the cars, but he was also willing to offer amazing deals. 10/10 would buy a car from him again.

This is the 3rd buying experience with a Mark dealership(2nd with Mark Kia) and it was amazing! The employees are so friendly and caring! They really strive to make sure you know about the vehicle you are purchasing and really try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I had the please of working with Kayla who was on top of everything from the moment I showed interest. Between her and the finance manger I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted with the interior/exterior color combination I wanted and didn’t have to make any compromises to be within my payment budget. I will definitely recommend Mark Kia to any friends/family looking to buy!
We've purchased 3 cars in the last year and we have been extremely happy with the level of customer service from managers Johnny and Jacob. When we bought our last car, Johnny greeted us by our names and was super helpful and easy to work with. Jacob is always available for any questions and responds timely, even when he is not working. It's obvious that the customer relationships are a priority and everyone that we have interacted with from sales to finance have been terrific!
Mark Kia made my first car buying process so easy. I inquired about a one of a kind vehicle in their inventory, a Honda Civic Type R. I drove 6 hours to their dealership where I was met with unbeatable customer service by Johnny B Sales Manager. He was very nice and descriptive in his process. I spent maybe an hour at the dealership and left with my dream car. I can’t thank Johnny enough! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!
Nate McKamie is a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most lots. Nate is very knowledgeable and super friendly, which made the whole process easy and comfortable. Definitely coming back here again. I was pleased to hear about a couple other friends who had positive experiences buying from here as well. I love my new ride and its so reliable.
