I had 2 recalls, a sound in my steering column and needed an oil change so I took my Kia Optima in and I made it there early! They took me right away to their really nice & comfortable waiting area. They were super courteous and accommodating! I waited and my car was done in no time, they replaced the recall, replaced the cuff in my steering column and changed my oil checked fluids and tires and went over it all with me. Then sent me on my way with a “drive safe” they really seem to care about their customers experience. Then, get this!! They called me the next day with a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the results!! I absolutely am!! So refreshing to have a service department who pays attention to detail and does a phenomenal job! Thank you Mark Martin Kia team!! Especially Katrina, for scheduling my appointment to where I could get all the things done in one fail swoop! I appreciate it so much!
