Mark has been our family insurance agent for many years. My parents then me when I turned 16. My first car loan then coverage for my home. Great friendly staff. Couldnt ask for a better agent!

Keyword is \agent\. Mark acts as if he works for the other parties coverage, He provides no help and doesn't do the right thing and doesn't want to be bothered unless your sending in a payment. Al in the office has messed up every task we have asked and took over a year to get both my wife and my name on the insurance card. I hope you know your policy because they give you zero updates or information about your coverage. My 5 year old car had 0 deductible for hail but my brand new car did not, then when I uncovered the difference and changed it they disputed the claim because they can't get their information straight. I have had State Farm my entire life and now have left due to the treatment by this office. The only positive about this office is the secretary Kelly who is the only one who gets things done. The only benefit out of my experience is that their refusal to help and poor treatment caused us to finally look at other options. My coverage with All State tripled and I pay over 500 less a year. Do yourself a favor make sure you ask for a letter or print out for every change you make with this office, don't trust them!! If you want State Farm i suggest a different agent!

I would give zero star if I could. Mark is very rude and unprofessional. It’s like he wanna take his anger out on his clients. Don’t ever make the mistake to get a policy in this office.
