It's true that if your dog is badly matted it will be a short cut. Owner's fault, not these wonderful groomers. I have always brought my poodle/spitz mix dog for grooming. Tight curls mixed with wiry mane... terribly difficult for me to cut at home but they always do an expert job and their prices are less than PetSmart.

Took our little dog into be groomed and they shaved him bald. Worst experience ever !! Do not take your dog here !!
