Don't waste time and money on insurance agents. Get your insurance from an online broker because Andrew McTaggart is not interested in you at all, just your money. No service when making a claim but they are always happy when taking your money! Was with this agent over 20 years and when I needed them they all they offered was a number to call. Insurance is a scam!

The office is completely unreachable every time I want to make a change to my insurance. They never pick up the phone. They don’t call you back. It takes over a week to get in touch with them and you have to keep calling and leaving messages and emails. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been a client with them for over 20 years, so maybe I’m the ridiculous one. Definitely time for a switch.
