Seemingly popular place for audio installs. It seems to be a 'hit or miss' for customer satisfaction. This is possibly due to an experienced head staff member (which would gain this review 2 more stars), but somewhat unknowledgeable tempermental owner over-ruling things by unprofessionally arguing with his employees in front of customers, lands a 1 star. A lack of organization, professional customer service, and integrity at the management level will inevitably affect your satisfaction, as well as your time spent, and install cost. Depending on the item or complexity of install, you may find yourself over waiting and paying extra as the owner gives priority to drop in customers, while leaving customers who have made an appointment 'on the hoist' likely in order to maximize his own daily profits/work, and at your expense. #letsguide
