Amazing experience. It was my first time getting winter tires put on my car and everyone here was communicative, thorough and thoughtful. They really went above and beyond. The whole process was super simple and I left feeling confident and safe on winter roads. Will never go anywhere else!!!

Great job on the tirerack delivery & installation. My only suggestion is to load the old wheels flat in the trunk (as opposed to upright on the back seats) so they're better secured and don't stain the seat surface.
horrible customer service. booked my winter tire installation since early. left my car with them at 11 am, expecting a 1 hour wait. when i asked what happened to my car. they were very rude about it and said i should have taken it somewhere else and they’re fine without my business. waited until they were nearly closed for them to return my car.
I wish I could give review in negative stars! Some of them do not understand what you speak whereas the owner or the manager whosoever the guy is has zero patience and tolerance. They misplaced my old rims and have an aggressive approach of saying they cannot find my 300 worth of thing. I appreciate that the employees try to help but the Max guy is the worst of all! I do nor recommend this place if you are looking for customer service. Bad bad bad experience.
Great guys, great prices and highly knowledgeable. They are by far the best rim shop I've dealt with (4 cars equipped from 4 different shops) they nailed the fitment and were there to answer questions after the sale. I had some rubbing issues, the immediate response was to bring it back so they could solve it. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys
