VERY POOR SYSTEM AND SERVICE. I was referred by a friend, said that winter tire price here are good. I bought 4 winter tires Friday. I was told will receive call from them and can install by Monday. no one called, I called back and they schedule me Wednesday morning 10 am to install. when I came here I realized they told every single customers to come at 10am no matter what kind of service. and said "first come first served". then they said to everyone:"you have to wait. at least two hrs" I ended up waited for two hours since I was the forth in the line and late for my work. to be honest. don't waste your time and money here, there's only one front receptionist work each day and really poor service quality. I could've find a better place with better price, but I made a mistake purchased from them.

Ripoff... went there for 2 used tires. After i got there. They doubled the price they gave me on the phone for the same 2 tires. They then wanted to charge me 25 for each stem valve. When I asked them to clean the rim belfiore installing the tire, the said its another 10 per rim. They didn't balance the tire and left the old weights on the tire.Worst service I ever had. Definitely NOT recommended for anyone.

I spend a whole day to wait for them change my tires. And there r only 5 people in front of me. From 11am4.40pm they only service 5 cars. And one of the customer was leave cus they took too long. The front desk lady tell me it will only take me 1and half hour. She didnt even tell the truth. I will never go back again.
I needed all season Michelin tires for my car. I did some research and called few places and among all places prices at Best deal prices were the best. Over the weekend I went to their location in Markham and was immediately greeted by an employee who showed me few options with different price points. I selected the set which I liked, paid for it and got it installed at their location. They did a great job and overall I had good experience dealing with them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Get my winter tires changed from there. nice service, fast installation. I wish I can know this place before as I spent more on a set of winter tires and alloy rims in other tire shop which also gave me a set of nuts with wrong size. I am happy to know Best deal tires. I will buy tires and do installation from them in the future.
