We deal with Irwin at Brodie, and he is the best!
Not a good service company!! They indicate they will take a product back with a 30% re-stocking fee and client pays for shipping, no problem. But we were informed they would wave the re-stocking fee but we pay shipping, great! Then I get a phone call saying they will not take the product back and they don't care if we purchase from them again. I was more than willing to pay the re-stocking fee plus delivery but after someone from their office in Ontario said they will not take the product back and don't care if we every buy from them is very disappointing. I would not recommend using this company; especially how they talk to clients.
