Had an AMAZING experience here. Wonderful lady working behind the desk (Haleh) who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very professional environment. Everyone was kind and took care to explain to me what was going on. They made sure to ask me about the look I was going for and tried their best to adhere to it. They did an absolutely wonderful job! I will certainly be back.

I completed the Basic Injectable Course this weekend in Ottawa with CBAM. The instructors were professional, welcoming, knowledgable and supportive. I had an amazing experience with CBAM and I really look forward to future courses. Highly recommended and an important investment. Thank you!
I was looking for a cost-effective way PRP treatment and came across CBAM. It was difficult to get an appointment but eventually they made an online booking portal and I was able to get a spot. They were good in communicating the instructions with me over email and SMS. When I arrived I was greeted by two friendly staff members. I had to fill out two waivers and then had 'before' photos taken. I had to wait about 45 minutes then I was taken into meet the student group. There were about 7-8 students and the instructor. The instructor treated me respectfully and taught the students appropriate manners of care. The students were very focused on learning and they checked in with me as the treatment progressed. They answered all of my questions. It was nice since they were all friendly, professional and chatty. The treatment itself was uncomfortable but tolerable. They assured me to breathe through it and it was done after about 20-30 minutes. Afterward the reception collected payment and gave me a reminder of my after-care steps. Unfortunately I was not given an option to book my next appointment in advance so I will have to wait and try it online. I met the owner Mohsin and he asked if I could share my thoughts on the experience. Overall I had a good experience and I will be going back 2-3 more times if I can. Thank you everyone at CBAM!
I have done both basic and advanced injectable classes. I have learned A LOT during these practical days. To be honest I did not think I would learn that much about injectables over just a few days, but we get to practice a lot , so we get a lot of experience in just a few days . I have treated over 20 patients over the weekend , and treated many different zones. I was actually able to treat my own patients right after the initial basic class. The instructors are just amazing. Each and every staff member are. They are very knowledgeable, and are able to answer any questions we have. It is also nice that we rotate between instructors so we are able to learn different techniques .The atmosphere is also just great ! I would recommend CBAM 200% to anyone serious about doing aesthetic medecine. Can’t wait for the next practical session !
Phenomenal Education one can dream of! Dr. Talani and Dr. Akef are amazing Doctors who are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, supportive, kind and are motivated on the task of taking Esthetic Education to a standardized whole new level and depth. Amazing nurses are so supportive, creative, and so knowledgeable about the art of Aesthetics and share their immense experience without hesitance.
