I hired Cleanora to do my move out cleaning. They were extremely thorough and did an incredible deep cleaning. On top of the top notch job they did. They walked through the house with me and discussed everything that was done. I will definitely use there services again and recommend them to anyone I know looking for a through deep clean. The owner I spoke to personally and gave me very realistic expectations but my expectations was exceeded. Thank you again Cleanora!

Such a wonderful experience with these guys! On the morning of my appointment they texted with their ETA and were right on time. Finished the cleaning of our sofa in under an hour, and even cleaned our area rug as well! Now that the sofa is dry I can fully see how great of a job they did. Very impressed with the service and the price. Highly recommend!

They were very friendly and honest about what care I needed for my huge rug that I thought would cost a fortune to clean. They came to pick it up the same day I called and helped me roll it up. They were efficient and communicative. When my rug was returned, it was beautiful. And I didn’t spend an arm and a leg.

I used Cleanora’s service earlier in 2021 and I was satisfied with the work done. They did come a lot earlier (by an hour) then I was told but since I was already home, this was not a big deal. They finished the work within an hour rather than the quoted two hours which felt quite rushed and there was one spot on my couch that was still left a little dusty. That being said, they were incredibly nice and the odours I was concerned about are gone. I also felt I got really good value for the price I was quoted which I was really happy about. They were willing to work with the space I had (which was relatively small) and adapted to any changes in plan. Overall, I’m happy with the service provided, as it was fitting given the price I was quoted.

The two gentlemen have just left. Our hallway carpet was a bit worn and had more than a few dark 'crop circle' looking stains. A coffee spill earlier this week didn't help things out. I put out a request for a quote and received a reply immediately. They were easy to talk with on the phone. They messaged ahead of time the day of, and were on time as per the agreed schedule. Within an hour, the job was done and the carpet looks brand new. We highly recommend this company and we will be using them again prior to selling our home in a few years.
