It was a very nice coming center. Clean, big swimming pools, kids swimming pool.. cute little library and more... It is a well designed building. Kids can book rooms for hosting parties. Quite nice. Only things is, the parking system is a bit weird. Because of the hospital beside it, it have to charge you. Just remember to go to the front desk to waive the ticket, then you don't need to pay.

This place is pretty cool. Still new. I hope they maintain it. I really like coming here. I just come here for the pool activities. Water slide is a really cool addition.

I go lane swimming every Monday around noon time at the Cornell CC. At that time there is only one staff member at the front desk who attends to patrons. I see her treat other customers with a fair amount of respect but when I speak to her, she never smiles or greets me but speaks with an attitude towards me. After I received my wristband, I asked her nicely to help put it on for me because it is very difficult to put it on by myself but she refuses to help me to put it on. I have just seen her put it on the gentleman who was ahead of me. I have seen her help others to put on the wristband without any problem. I asked her why she would not help me and her first reply was that there was someone behind me so she has no time to help me (there was only two men behind me at that time, so she has time to help the man in front of me but not me) , she also told me that there will be a new policy in the future that prohibit her from touching the customers, so no help with the wristband. I have seen her help other ladies and gentlemen with no attitude/problem and I feel being discriminated against. She also asks me for additional ID and personal information like my address on several occasions when I purchase the 10 regular adult refill tickets. I have already provide her with my membership card which has my name and photo along with my credit card, but she continues to interrogate me for more information even though she has seen me there numerous times. I have been coming to the Cornell CC for years. Why is she asking me for all these additional ID/ information? She makes me feel like a criminal. I feel this type of discrimination is not professional and something needs to be done so that all patrons feel welcomed and equal when they use public facilities. I would have given Cornell 5 stars because the facility is good and the other staffs are nice, the One star is for the treatment I received from that particular front desk staff.

The facilities are really great here. I can't complain as the pools are well maintained. I have the fitness membership and the members-only change rooms are quite good. The library, basketball courts are well used so it's great to see young and old enjoying themselves playing basketball, badminton and a mom and tots play session. We're quite lucky to get parking free for 3 hrs, plenty of time for activities such as a workout, swim or use of the library. They have a nice coffee cafe that really does have pretty good coffee, snacks, salads, sandwiches and wraps.
