Clean, quiet, Wi-Fi, electric outlets, clean bathroom (have to ask for key), decent service. 7 months ago. ... UNTIL... I was denigrated and berated by owner, for having stayed too long. I am walking/backpacking across America. I stopped here to eat and charge my electronic devices. I bought food and drink. When I ran out of drink, I bought more. The store was NEVER crowded and I was not slightly disruptive. I complained to "corporate" after I left before police were called. I am seeking to truly see the face of America anew. I am. It is repulsive.
I've never had an issue with this Dunkin! Always hot, fresh and friendly service! Close to home and a perfect stop when heading out! I normally don't get donuts so I can't review those from this store- but if they are anything like the drinks they are amazing!

Went in today for a coffee with my daughter and step father. Coffee was great, manager is very sweet. Should have gotten her name but thank you lady for the awesome customer service.
I feel I've given this place chance after chance when I shouldn't. The worst part was she seemed to be a manager but she had a attitude as soon as I walked in the door. After walking in to the store and no one ACKNOWLEDGED me and there was a Supervisor at the counter but she made another worker leave the drive thru to help me saying "can you take care of them, I'm busy". She was extremely rude and is bad for business. the customer is number one and just by not acknowledging my presence while I was standing in front of her is bad customer service . After that experience I have never went back and I don't plan on it. if I could give them ZERO stars I would've
I just ordered Snackin Bacon and even I reached into the bag to reach for bacon and it was SO COLD!!!!! I mean, not warm, or as if the Chicago cold may have cold it off... it was COLD OUT THE REFRIGERATOR COLD. I went inside to let them know that they have me cold bacon. The manager said "This location doesn't sell hot or warm bacon, we serve it at room temperature, the way it should be served." ... WHAT??? Who the he'll eats COLD bacon? Seriously!? Smh
