Positives: Great service, friendly and helpful. Showroom had alot of options. Negatives: Ordered two different colour tiles from the same line, size 12x24. Between the two colors, all measurements were off by a little bit, which made installation much more difficult and that there is no for everything to align since i was putting up one colour for the side wall of my shower, and the second color for both the sides of the shower. Would suggest to use one color across and another for floor to avoid what i had experienced.
