Had an issue with a watch band that was a manufacturer defect that was noticed long after warranty. Staff were super nice and helped me find a replacement band they could give me for free and I left very pleased with the whole experience! I've purchased watches here before as well and always had a great TIME. No sales pressure or anything.

The staff are exceptionally helpful. They give you good recommendations and customer centric service (i.e., that sounds like a good idea but if you go about it this way, you'll save more money in thr long run. This style is more classic/universal. This is how to best care for your watch). Specifically Grace, Christina and the manager (I think those are their names).
Just came here to say Romain is amazing!!! Stopped by this afternoon to do my last minute Christmas shopping and she was so helpful and professional to not only myself but to everyone in the store. Her ability to maintain her customer service even when dealing with an impatient customer was also highly impressive. Thank you again for all your help today!

I had purchased a smart watch at this location abt an year ago. Recently the charging port came apart called in and took my watch and receipt in. They replaced the watch and warranty extended for an additional 2 years on the new watch as well at no charge. Great customer service, Fossil knows how to take care of it's customers.
