Had great experience with Ridwan from start to finish. When I called GTA Vacuum regarding my central vac repair, Ridwan scheduled a visit right away. On arrival he checked the Central Vac unit and explained in detail the different options. So I could make an informed decision. I knew right away that he has a lot of experience in this field. Ridwan worked with us to install a central vac for use throughout our house. He was incredibly responsive and hardworking. We live in an older house and he had to make several attempts to be able to run the system on all three floors. He even came back on the weekend for a second day since the job took longer than expected. Very happy with the customer service and very fair on price. Overall very satisfied and would recommend working with Ridwan.
