Extremely poor service and deplorable quality of caregivers. My husband who suffered from ALS reached out to Mary for live in care. We paid her upfront for the month, and out of the four caregivers she sent, only one was decent. She promised that the company had adequate caregiving options, but could not provide for in, which we were very upfront about needing. Had she been honest from the start, we would not have wasted our time, but they were just looking to be paid up front. Staff changed frequently, bedside manner was very poor, some did not speak English, nor were they hygienic given covid standards. Not only did they put my family at risk, but her own caregivers as well as they were not properly trained for transferring patients that required it. In the end, she left us high and dry with less than a week's notice that they were ending their service as they did not have sufficient staffing for our needs. Beware of this company and their over promising services you will not receive.
