Headed to get one of Lush's solid shampoos and the two ladies over there were just adorable! One of them (I believe the manager) asked if I was looking also for a conditioner and then asked me some questions about my hair before recommending one of the conditioners. I wasn't sure if I am ready to buy so she gave me a sample to try. I loved how they listened to me and how they suggested solutions to my (beauty) problems without being pushy. It was as if I was speaking to one of my friends, someone who genuinely wanted to help out :). Thank you and I'll be passing by soon for more products.
Dealing with Francesca was the most pleasant shopping experience my sister and I have ever experienced. So helpful, kind and explained everything so thoroughly. Best customer service! Definitely look forward to seeing her again and going back to visit!

From the moment you walk in, you are given amazing customer service. It was my first time there and they gave us a whole walk through of the place and explained a lot of their products. They helped us make a gift basket taking a small amount of a lot of soaps. It was really heavenly! They also gave us a sample to take home! Amazing customer service, but just a note...give customers a little breathing space to discuss what they want ( please don’t take this negatively) as i felt at times we were rushed with our purchase. The products are superb and exactly the way they explained it to us. Do check out this store sometime! P.s - Soaps are worth the price and lasts long.
Naturally sourced products, ethical ingredient sources, and unique scents and products. Staff are always willing to help, answer questions, make recommendations, and offer samples of products. Great place to pick up luxury bath and beauty products for a bit of pampering, or just everyday items like bar soap and hand lotion. Tends to be a bit more pricey than other bath and body shops, but the products are always top quality.
every staff here loves their enjoy, they are knowledgable of their products. Smells so strong can smelling the scents just walking by them. Prices are a bit much for some items but if you LOVE baths you'd love this store.
