Good products and exceptionally fast return service via phone/email. Got my RMA resolved in less than a day, they even bundled my RMA shipment with my most recent order so I get it faster. Would recommend, good supplier of computer equipment.
Good pricing and machines occasionally. Unfortunately upon discovery that my refubrished machine is not up to specs i was offered a less specification model at the same price. Had to spend 3 hours in there while they investigated/ checked and replaced the product. No credit or apology was issued. I was told that if you buy here you have 7 days to check your machine for faults even though its no written anywhere in the invoice(60 day warranty). I was told that 7 day its a standard industry practice and since i buy from them i should know it. Will not buy here again.
Great place for inexpensive ink cartridges, off-lease computers, and many new items like routers.
Nice selection of used computer equipment, laptop prices are a bit to high given that they are 4-5 generation behind processor wise
