I had such a bad experience in this store. I was in Toronto for vacation over the holidays, i went to the store during boxing day. I tried on a few dresses, i liked one dress that was on sale but I wasn't sure about. the sales representative said buy the dress go home try it on and if you don't like it you can return it for a full refund. So I bought it and few days later i decided i had no use for it so I wanted to go and return it. I went to the store asked to return the dress and they said I cant return it and they can only give me a gift card for the next time. I tried explaining that this is what was said to me but the store manager kept saying I'm sorry I can't do anything. Basically telling me if i dont want a gift card you can take the dress and leave. I have never had such bad customer service, I never shopped in this store and I wont ever be shopping at the store again. The manager was rude and not helpful at all. Make sure beforw you buy anything that you get the right information, because all they want to do is make a sale and who cares if the customer is not happy.
