I've ordered at least 7 sets of brakes from here for different vehicles and I've always been pleased with the service and the parts I've received. Quick and free delivery. The rotors and pads have always worn well and don't seem to corrode as quickly as some other brands from a well known tire store.

I'm a previous purchaser of Max Brakes products and was very pleased with the quality of the product, the price and the customer service. I just finished ordering two more kits, for to other vehicles, but received an email saying one of my kits wasn't available. I wasn't happy and emailed them to ask what could be done - the customer service and consideration they offered was refreshingly excellent! (refreshing because other stores usually give a run-around). They emailed back the next day listing alternative kits, agreed to a modest price adjustment to the replacement kit (as a sign of good will since I wasn't getting the kit I really wanted) and clearly outlined exactly how much I would be getting back on my credit card. Excellent customer service. I will continue to not only buy from them, but spread the word to my friends.

Excellent price for the quality. Quick shipping. I ordered two rotors and ceramic brake pad kit and it was shipped and delivered fast. I had called customer care to confirm my order and shipment and they answered promptly. The rotors are casted overseas but are machined in Canada (had emailed them asking this) the machining quality looked very good and the rotors are sturdy. Fitment was perfect and I have experienced no noise or anything, will update the review after a few months of use. Would recommend Max brakes
