Great people, great sub! Just found my new favourite lunch spot.
Went on Oct 20, 2020 and an older gentleman behind the counter was working WITHOUT a mask on. A York regional police officer was ordering and doing nothing about this. I feel that in the current situation, this is the height of disrespect to customers. We are required to wear masks to enter but you breath potentially life threatening germs onto all the food and we pay for it? No thanks. I would regularly come here for lunch, I will not be coming back now. I will also be calling corporate to see what their policy is. So dangerous and disrespectful.

Cookies are amazing and utilization cheddar. Hwy 7 and Markham location only!!! She is such a gentle soul and her daughter I love coming in when they are working. So pleasant courteous, polite. She needs a promotion!! Wray of sunshine. Good job hiring them. The gentlemen with dark hair is rude and acts like he doesn’t want to help you. Has an attitude and never has cookies he seems to make them only once or twice and if you come in there’s none or hard. He just seems like he doesn’t care. I have been going to this location for 18 plus years and he has more off days then on. Customer service is everything. I go more frequently now as well as my kids because of her and her daughter they are so polite and take care when making your food. The older gentlemen, possibly the owner as well is a nice guy.
