I got a gift from this place which broke after wearing it once. Was unable to get a hold of this store for months. Local store near me was unable to help either. Was told I should've driven to this store to see if they were open and if they had stock to replace my item (which they didn't). Not worth the hassle to replace a chain. Save your money.

the store is so neat, always busy but the staffs are very friendly and helpful. i love the store and the charms. keep collecting them!!! also i love their after sale service. They over heard i had a problem with one of the charms, they immediately suggested me to bring it in so they could take a look. i like their sweet concern and advice to customers

Loved the hosting of the girl working there ...she was so charming and accommodating Helped us to get the perfect bracelet and earrings we wanted We bought it for our sisters birthday and she loved everything

Have been trying for the past 4 days at different times to call this location and no one answers the phone and even worse off, it goes to an automated messaging system saying "the rogers customer you have reached does not have a a voicemail set up." Extremely unprofessional to not answer the phone but as well... not have a formal business line advising that you have at least reached the right number.

Came with my girlfriend to get her a present for her birthday. The staff could have been nicer, at times felt a little hostile. Otherwise, I picked out a nice set of earrings for a ok price.

All the staff here are super friendly, including the manager! Stacey in particular was sooo patient in helping me exchange and pick out new charms. She never once rushed me at all and went above and beyond in looking after my bracelet, fixing a loose clip charm and adding on charms I was interested on to my bracelet to give me an idea of how things would look altogether. As someone who's worked customer service, I am thoroughly impressed with the service she and the store provided.

My friend and I went here on Black Friday, so it's obvious that it was going to be a stressful time waiting an hour to get in but we made the most of our time. The employee that we were greeted with was named Lily and she was literally the sweetest employee I've ever met. She took her time helping us since we're quite indecisive and didn't give us a hard time about it at all, even though she was closing shift. 10/10 FOR LILY!!

Poor Customer Service. The last time I had came to this store and showed my broken charms the young lady was very helpful and had replace them for me...I walked into the store on Saturday to discuss my two broken charms (one of them being the same one that got replaced)...A girl at the counter named Katerina was no help at all being a loyal customer at Pandora and for her to be so rude and not help when Im explaining to her that these charms were replaced without any problem... most my charms are gift and if I in less than a year had these charms replaced why isn't that documented...I Suggest no one go to this location because they absolutely don't care about their clients..
