I needed to replace my breaks and rotors for both of my back tires. Everyone at this shop was very friendly and nice. I was able to bring my car in and even though they needed to order the parts they were able to get them and fix my brakes within an hour. The price was very reasonable compared to the other shops I called asking about the same service. Considering the short notice I gave this shop their response-time was amazing.

So I called today for them to fix my car told the lady that my car is not drivable and that I need a tow because I don't know if it was a wheel alignment or control arm that need to be fixed I also stated that the back tire is flat before she dispatched a tow to come pick it up to take they shop to fix it she told me 1 hour for pick up more like 2 and that's fine who knows what cars they had before mine. The tow truck driver finally arrives he don't have the right equipment to pick up my car because the back tire is flat and he don't have a part to pull it on a flat so he said he would be back he need to switch trucks or call someone this is at 130 I called them back to be sent to VM to get another number called them and told the lady and she never followed up with me wasting my whole day I needed my car fixed but I will not do service with this company if they can't be of any assistance.

The owner was awesome, personally made sure he would have his guys get my car together. I highly recommend these guys.

Drove up to Chicago and I thought my battery had went bad. It ended up being my alternator. Luke and his guys were amazing. Towed my car back to there shop and had me back on the road within a couple hours. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Awesome mechanic shop. Starter went out at work and they towed me from Hazel Crest for 75 and replaced my starter for 100 less than everyone else.
