‼️STAY AWAY‼️ Had a flat tire on the side of the highway 7 min away from this place. 1. Waited over on hour 2. I Had to help the Dwan the over sized driver change the tire 3. I Had to unload his car jack from the back of the bed 4. Got a quoted 100 and when it came to charge My card they hit me with 200 (there's a dispute in process) Not only did the Dwan refuse to change my tire, but suggested to tow me to the nearest tire shop for 475. For people un aware of the towing industry, you can ship a car half way across the country for that. Dwan insisted that the car jack was missing from his truck even though I called for that specific service. He had a change of heart when i located it for him (visibly in the back of the flat bed) lucas and Dwan are completely unprofessional and if they see you as someone un experienced they will try to over charge you for their services. I guess these hard times hit others a little harder.

Awesome!!!! Everyone was very friendly. They towed my car, finished everything for a reasonable amount, and I was driving the same day!! I definitely recommend them!!! They are honest and genuine and know what they’re doing.

This company was scheduled to transport my husband’s vehicle at 9:30 a.m, but didn’t arrive. When called to inquire about the pickup time at 10:30a.m he was told they would be there in a few minutes. He called them again at 1:45pm to inquire about the driver’s eta and was told a few minutes again. My husband reminded them that they told him a few minutes several hours earlier. At that time, the dispatcher responded by saying “how about I tell you it’s cancelled “ and hung up the phone. We understand that inclement weather brings about frustration, but rudeness and being unprofessional are unacceptable no matter the circumstance. Do better!!!

This place sound professional. I had this place pick my car up from another auto repair shop and bring it to my house for me and they did but they didn't put my keys in the car. Ive been waiting for my keys for 2 days i’m constantly calling , everyone i talk to says give me a hour or there on their way. I even asked to come pick it up , she told me she will be in the office in a hour.
