Update: After calling again, they finally fulfilled the order and 1 day air shipped it to my door. If anyone is having troubles just call them. If it's still not getting handled, keep calling. I fell victim to the same terrible customer service and false promises. I figured the prices were too good to be true, I even paid for fast shipping. If I don't get a response tomorrow I'll be contacting my bank to cancel all of this by the evening. If I can help anyone from experiencing what I'm going through, just stop.

Got exactly what I ordered quickly and in good condition. Nicest clamps I’ve ever seen or used. Definitely a buy again item. I highly recommend them!
Bad service! Terrible shipping. Took them 8 days just to ship a handful of An fittings. Wont have them until Monday now. They will be 13 days from order to receipt. The also did not notify that one was out of stock. They just deleted from the order with no notice to me. Not planning on ordering from this outfit in the future. Better to stick with Jegs, Summit or Speedway.
complete joke of a comapny i have been calling for weeks trying to get some info and to purchace some parts and kept getting told jack isnt in leave a message he will call you back and this is after 3,4 ,5 messages and not one phone call back.....great service !!!!!as a canadian i would prefer to spend my money with a canadian company but at this point i wouldnt spend a dime with this company......i would have given a zero if that was possible.. then maybe you should direct your staff to tell customers that or at least return there phone calls 3 weeks and no reply no excuse ......covid 19 or not
First time ordering from racetronix and I’m very happy I did. I received everything I ordered on time and they even combined all my orders (4 I think) and only charged me one shipping fee and reimbursed the others. I was very surprised, it’s hard to find a business that isn’t trying to nickel and dime you in one way or another. This company is so far very legit and I recommend it.
