Very happy going to RAF Auto Clinic. Raymond takes good care of my car, and always puts care into his work. Raymond is very honest and good with his prices. 10/10 would recommend.

Raymond seems very knowledgeable, with experience as a german car master mechanic. He can do most major repairs, including engine rebuilds from what I was told. He was able to save us quite a bit vs the dealers’ quote on our visit. He also showed us what he was doing every step of the way, to keep us updated. With some experience with car modification myself, I was quite impressed with the demeanour of both himself, and the other shop employees. While I was there, a customer came in with a seized brake caliper. He instantly lent her his own car to use while he was fixing ours and couldn’t get to hers. Take note that there currently is no sign for his shop. Raymond says that this will be changed soon. It is on the west side of the building, beside the Complete Auto Service Shop.

He took the time to explain the services required and provided a tour of the scope of repair on my vehicle. I found RAF Auto on Google because he already had such a good Google rating in the Markham area. It was really convenient to see that he had a clean looking website with the option to book appointments online. His prices were fair so I decided to give him a chance. My dad and I went for the first time separately within the same week and we were both happy. Raymond was very nice and polite. He brought me in to the garage to show and explain everything he was doing. I will use RAF again whenever I can.
