The best family purchase of 2020! We are proud owners of a Fantom hot tub purchased from Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs in Markham. After researching online and visiting three other pool supply stores and getting frustrated with conflicting information, we went to Seaway. Gary Kahoon, General Manager was excellent to work with right from the start. His knowledge of the product and patience to answer all of our questions made it a great experience. His recommendations from product options, delivery and maintenance were solid. Our family has been enjoying our new sanctuary daily! We highly recommend Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs. Go speak to Gary Kahoon at the Markham location before you purchase elsewhere! J&T Dawson (Markham Village)

We were the only customers at the time. Answered covid screening questions and they took our temperature. Good services and advise on fixing a leaking hot tub. Bought the fixaleak product as the first attempt at a solution.

I really rather to write a good review and share a great experience vs a bad one. However, this company didn’t even try to fix their own mistake, and it is annoying. I always service my pool with the other company but this time I was not able to make to them to run a pool test. Since this store n Newmarket was on my way, I dropped by to do a water test. They tested my water and found that the water is high in PH. I asked what I need to bring PH to normal, and they advised me on the product that reduces PH level, sure enough I bought it, trusting them that they know how to test water and knowledgeable in their industry ( was I wrong ) . Knowing the pool, I had a feeling it is wrong and the pool should have a normal PH level. So the following day, I have gone to my regular company to re-test my water and of course PH level is perfect. Therefore, I have gone back to the store next day to return the product back. The product was still fully closed and unused. I found out that they don’t take the product back even if they make a mistake on your water test, and the product is unused. The only reason I got the product is because they advised me that would fix my problem with having a high PH, otherwise I would not purchase the product. I understand, if they make a mistake, everyone is allowed to make mistakes but fix it if you made the mistake. However, now I am stuck with a product that I don’t need and can’t use. I will advise you to check the accuracy of their pool test and other stuff they are telling you before you are buying any product out of them. Unless you want to have a full collection of chemicals in your basement seating and collect dust.

Very pleased with the prompt service from Seaway Pools. I did a spring clean and refilled my spa with the nicer weather. Restarted it but had flow warnings. Even under COVID 19 restrictions, they sent a great tech who quickly figured out what was wrong and also noticed something else that “looked like it will cause issues in the near future”. He went and grabbed some parts, returned and fixed everything. Saved my pump from having to be replaced in the near future. Total cost including parts 300. Having a hot tub during isolation, priceless.
