San Thavarajasingam, Sales Manager, was extremely helpful to me when I left a backpack with my cell phone on one of the buses which were only recovered after we left Canada to return to Texas. He was able to get everything shipped back to me in the United States.
I saw one of their bus lines on the 401 today dodging in and out of traffic at very high speeds. No respect for other drivers. Obviously this driver does not put safety first.
Exceptional customer service. San from the sales department is very quick to reply, he is very professional and prompt in his communication. We have used Skyway for a number of charters and they have always exceeded our expectations!
I recently booked a trip with skyway coach and overall I was very impressed with the service. The driver was very friendly and we got one of their new buses. I would definitely book them again!
