Incredible people!!! Went in on a Emergency voucher for some rotten teeth. Everything was explained perfectly. They Took Care Of me they really did even tho i was on blood thinners and scared as hell. 100% best dentists ever!!

Been a few years since I have been to a dentist, so glad I got to come to this practice, I felt at home from start to finish, the staff, Kristy and Jayme absolutely so warming and very friendly, well done girls. Then there's Dr Nyepetsi, a real gentleman and very caring and understanding of ones situation. He really involves you with fixing the problem, so interesting and I found so educational. The doctor was so comforting and caring during my procedure, before I knew it I was up and out the door, absolutely painless. Thanks and well done Doctor and you to Jayme. I had a troublesome very painful impacted and infected wisdom tooth that no one would take out. I had an xray done and was still having trouble with removing it. That much pain I had to go to emergency to get painkillers strong enough. I went to a few dentists around town with no luck and not much information to go with it, so I was just living with this with uncertainty of it getting better or if it was able to get extracted. I decided to go to Markham St to see if they could help or at least say what was going on. One look at my xray and they took it out that visit. All my pain just gone like that. Was also much cheaper than I expected! He had also noticed other issues from that same xray that he followed up with. My expectations were exceeded with the services here. I have been coming here ever since, they are always helpful and always make me feel welcome. He takes alot of care in his work and is even more gentle than other dentists I have been to. Excellent!

I couldn’t be happier with my treatment! Dr Joseph demonstrated great skill and empathy in dealing with my situation - a tricky broken crown - and a good deal of anxiety! I was immediately put at ease when I entered the practice. The staff are friendly and the patient care is exceptional. This single-dentist practice is a welcome change from the busier practices. Had not been to visit a dentist in almost 40yrs due to extreme anxiety. Upon arriving at the clinic I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, peaceful and relaxing the clinic was. The team were super friendly, very compassionate and understanding. I will be returning and next visit I will be far less stressed and anixious due to the way I was treated on my first visit. Thank you to the the lovely Dr Joseph Nyepetsi, dental assistant and receptionist at Markham Street Dental. I am petrified of dentists and after having a broken tooth, booked in to see him. He was very calm and understanding. He took photos of my tooth and explained all the different options and the prices. I even burst into tears at one stage and he and his assistant were lovely!! I will be definitely taking my kids in to see them in future.
