Yesterday on 11th January, I went to Subway @7677 Markham road around 6 pm. It was amazing experience for me. The window view was so beautiful but I missed the dine in. There was an employee named Vikas, he made my sandwiches so beautiful, in a systematic way and yes I am new to Canada but he didn't let me feel like that. So I insist to visit this subway.

Worst subway experience Ever!!!! If there was negative rating , i sure would rate this location negative .. The subway representative Salim is so rude and has so much attitude. He claimed they had only all grain or brown bread and was so not happy to help us. It was not busy and he had only one customer after us. We ordered Tuna and veggie. He used the same glove and Knife for both subs which is so not acceptable. When asked if he used the same knife, he said o\, when we clearly saw he did. He not only lied to us, when asked if he used the same knife again, he said he did and that he was never told to do otherwise.. how unprofessional is this? How do you not know to use a different knife for veggie and meat?? We requested him to make another sub and he said he does not have time .. and that he had customers .. again, he was not busy, he had another 4 hours to close and he had only One person after us.. he for sure was not in any hurry.. we then asked him again as one of us is a pure vegetarian. He throws one of the sub to the back table and shows us so much attitude .. we did not want to eat there any more.. he then yells at us saying he will remake it .. we decided we are not eating there and asked for a refund when he claimed he did not have time to bargain.. we never wanted to bargain, we just needed the money back.. He tried to give us a full refund and when it did not work he said I don't know what is wrong it does not work. We waiting and were nice enough to let him Help the next person in line since he claimed he was \busy\. Once he was done with them, he refunded us the cash as he could not get the machine to work. This is so not acceptable. Is this how you would treat your customers ? It is company protocol that you use different gloves and knifes for meat and veggie subs. Were never going Here again and will never recommend this location. Salim is so rude, full of attitude and so unprofessional. Worst subway ever !!!
Really awesome place to eat Sub, Meet Vikas at this place and ask him to make your sandwich...he makes really tasty and personalized sandwiches...crafts Sub with passion and good vibes.
By far the worst subway. It's 10:50am right now. I can understand running out of toppings. But this location according to the lady doesn't carry green olives, jalapenos, spinach or certain bread types. Pretty sure subway is supposed to carry all bread types. Just disappointed, will not be returning and will be telling my colleagues.
Went for quick lunch. Good service, fresh food. What more could you expect. Well done compared to most.
