Surprisingly haven't had a bad experience here. Came in last week, got 2 ham subs and the vegetable toppings were fresh and crisp. My kids love their subs.

Garbage service nothing is ever ready a lot of attitude from the workers
They should be open and ready to serve at 9 a.m but the lady was still working on set up. We let her know that want to give an order and she said we need to wait. After that, when we asked question, just looked at us and no answer! It was pretty rude.
I go for the cookies. So yummy! Just annoying that Subway locations you always gotta ask for napkins and they don't leave them out and if you ask they give you ONE. All locations are like this with napkins. They take giving napkins out very seriously!
I went in on Oct. 27 in the evening. I asked the lady working if I had any other options for a sandwich smaller than a 6 inch, as I usually don’t finish 6 inch sandwiches. She told me about kids sizes however in terms of payment I would benefit the most if I got a six inch. So I went for the 6 inch. She then told me she could cut my 6 inch in half, put sauce inside one half and put sauce on the side for my second half. That way I could eat the second half later and it wouldn’t get soggy in the meantime. This is what customer service is all about. I appreciated her service so much and the fact that she cared. On top of everything she was so kind. Amazing. Thank you :)
