4 STARS FANTASTIC! --- From the very tasty foods to the great entertainment, there's a reason why this event is a favorite of the Asian community. Food from the vendors were reasonably priced, however some vendors the prices were a bit high. Parking is also convenient and within walking distance of the venue. I highly recommend this location to all my business associates, colleagues, friends & family.

It's an example of the traditional night market common in Asia, similar to a carnival with rides and snack foods you'd expect but also traditional Taiwanese and Chinese foods such as Stinky Tofu or Spiral Potatoes or Shish Kebobs of Lamb from western China to other Asian Fusion dishes. It's a unique take on a carnival food fair
The place is pack that there is a very long line to buy foods because there is a lot of people some of was in a rush that it is not properly cook. They only accept cash so be prepared there is an atm. There is music a if you are not that picky in seating you can just sit on the grass with your friends and make it like a little picnic.
It Keeps Getting Better Every Year!! I've been going to A Taste of Asia for many years. It seems to get better and better every year. Now that I'm a father, I've been bringing my kids there for the last for the past 5 years, and they absolutely love it!! The festival itself is put on by The City of Markham, The Federation of Chinese Canadians in Markham (FCCM), the Association of Progressive Muslims of Canada (APMC). This event is for everyone and its a celebration of the rich and amazing Asian culture that is now deep-rooted into our wonderful city. As a Foodie I always have a soft spot for great Asian food, and you find vendors here from restaurants, food trucks, and other travelling food vendors that you see at other festivals throughout the GTA and Ontario. here you will find food from all corners of Southeast Asia even some serving North American fare. Some of the foods and drinks you will find here are Barbecued Squid. Skewers of all types, Bao, Pho, Seafood, Sushi, Popcorn Chicken, Fried rice, Milk tea, bubble, Papaya drinks and the list goes on and on. There was even a vendor selling insects to eat, now how creative is that? My kids love the food, but they also now like the performances on stage, and the rides, last year they had a Ferris wheel. There is so much to do, and so much to eat, it just keeps getting better and better every year!!
I look forward to Taste of Asia every year and have been going since 2011. Love everything the festival represents - culture, diversity, and great food! Really enjoy the performances and always get something tasty when I go! :)

A lot of fun. Great atmosphere and lots of food options. Got a chance to try a whole bunch of things I wouldn't normally have access to. It was a bit too hot which definitely affected my experience so if you're going, go early or maybe later in the day
Having visited many Asian countries, I can say that this festival did not disappoint. Walking down the streets took be back to the streets of Asia and it was a pleasant surprise that the prices were very reasonable. We were able to try a bit of everything. We had torpedo potato, beef skewers, chicken skewers, karaage, and much more. Everything was amazing.
