TTI's customer service reps need more training. When calling in and choosing the option for Milwaukee, the rep was not familiar with or able to forward me on to anyone that could help with their e-rebates program, instead they forwarded to a local repair shop. When calling back, instead of listening, the rep immediately forwarded me again! I also tried the Milwaukee website form, but haven't heard back for 1.5 weeks now.
