I would like to preface by saying I give WAYYYYY more positive reviews on here than bad. Probably 10:1 ratio, but they earned it. I had a trailer hitch install scheduled with them for roughly 2 weeks. The week of the install they called and cancelled because no one ordered the parts. Isn't that the point of the reservation? I eventually got over this and decided I would try rescheduling with them simply because it is convenient for me. They are in a good location and going to do the work for a fair price. My first phone call went to the call center where the manager was sent a message to call me. My second call made the actual Markham location, but after a 30 minute hold the worker had no clue what I was talking about and unable to help me. Her attempt to leave a note for the manager to call me must not have worked as I still haven't heard from him a week later. A third call went back to the call center which again was going to have the manager call me. At this point I was done reaching out...until they charged my credit card the full price of the install even though they never did the work, rescheduled the work, or even returned a phone call. Very bush league operation. I would welcome a call from the manager at this point but already know how that is going to end. Beware! Giving a 1 star because I can't give a 0.

Terrible service trying to rent car trailer. The Lowering handle didn’t work before we even touch the trailer and the employee kept wanting to blame it on us saying “oh don’t know what y’all did to it walking to the trailer in the back and me getting back there “ Recommended to take the employee with you to check any towing equipment before you blamed as well.

Great place to rent a truck. I probably rent 4-6 times a year from this place. Devonte and his crew are solid people, never had a problem with them. I highly recommend Canterbury...

What is everyone complaining about? I have rented moving vans from here about three times. They have always processed my paper work right away and got me my moving van ready to go. I helped my son move last month and we needed a moving truck. I returned it with gas like asked and they charged me what was told. They're running a good establishment. That's all you should ask for.

Been here for over an hour waiting to rent a trailer. Put in a reservation, and found out the hour I've been waiting (we got here on time) counts against my reservation. For what it's worth, the lone employee they have here has been very friendly, but i can't go over one star because we've been planning this furniture move for a month and now we've lost over an hour of time waiting. Employee said she'd come out to check, but there's another 6 customers in line so I don't know if we'll even get out of here today

The initial first experience of customer service was fine then the problems began the trailer was not hooked up correctly nor was the connection for the signal lights or brake lights they immediately fix the situation and I thought all was well the trailer was fantastic I used it to tow motorcycles for the day I returned that evening as a nighttime drop off but when I received my bill I saw that I had been charged for an additional day I went back to the location bought it to the manager's attention nothing happened went back again I was assured that it would be looked into nothing happened I called corporate and a couple days later I received the credit for the additional day that I was charged there is however one young man that works there he is not in management he has a Muslim name he is incredible he is professional he is kind he is courteous and I hope one day to they see what I see and promote that young man to management
