Very run down and not worth the money. False advertising. Staff was very unorganized. I feel bad for the home owners around this resort.
The ads don’t reflect the quality. Rooms are much more shabby and dirty in reality.
I was trying to book thro them for cottage even though they are fully booked, the customer service is really nice and helpful and tried their best to help. I would love to book footage thro them again in the future.
They cancelled my reservation for over ten people a month before our scheduled vacation. Planned a guys weekend for at a Cottage in Barrie through Waterlily Retreats, booked a bunch of other activities in the area. I was contacted roughly a month before the date that the owner of the Cottage had sold and our reservation was cancelled. Try finding a cottage rental for 10 people within a month. Very unhappy. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH WATERLILY.
